Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Also included in this recent photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation released as part of the continuing oversight release.
